Noise and Shadows captures the feeling of being lost within ourselves or feeling trapped by the darkness around us. When things get foggy, we tend to detach from the hope we have in Christ, but he does not abandon us and when we focus on him, he will interrupt our careless cycles and fill us with his strength, as the chorus declares. We just need to be willing to humble ourselves and accept that we are nothing without him.

Canadian two-piece rock band Charming to the Last makes music that’s punchy, melodic, and unique. Band members Ben Bourque and Alex Arthurs deftly blend a punk/pop base with indie rock and alternative influences to arrive at an original sound that’s both accessible and experimental. Their latest release, “Stick the Landing” shows the pair’s willingness to go their own way and to express issues of family, love, mental health, and contentment authentically in a rock and roll setting.
